Privacy Policy

How EverydayDocs handles your information.

This policy explains what EverydayDocs collects, why it is used, and the choices you have when using our document generator.

Effective date: September 18, 2026. This policy is practical product policy text for EverydayDocs and should be reviewed by counsel before a heavy commercial launch.

Who we are

EverydayDocs is a document generation product from Securestack Technologies Inc. It helps people create practical letters, emails, notices, and related documents from a prompt or a guided template.

Information you provide

You may provide prompts, document facts, names, dates, addresses, amounts, uploaded or typed context, contact details, and messages sent through the contact page. You are responsible for deciding what information to include in a draft.

Avoid entering sensitive identifiers, account numbers, medical details, passwords, or information you would not send by ordinary email unless it is necessary for your document.

Drafts, exports, and private links

Drafts may be sent to our generation and document-rendering services so EverydayDocs can produce editable text, PDFs, DOCX files, and private share links. Private share links are intended for limited sharing and expire after the configured retention period.

Saved documents in the browser live on your device unless you choose a feature that sends the document to the server, such as generation, export, or private sharing.

Payments and local pricing

Payment checkout is handled by our payment provider. EverydayDocs does not need to store full card numbers. The provider may process payment details, country or region, local currency display, fraud checks, and transaction records under its own policies.

Contact submissions

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, topic, optional product area, and message you provide. We use that information to respond, investigate support issues, and improve the product.

Operational data

We may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, timestamps, pages visited, errors, and security logs. This helps keep EverydayDocs reliable, detect abuse, debug issues, and understand which pages are useful.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, document generation, payments, email delivery, analytics, logging, and related infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to EverydayDocs.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the product, security, legal, accounting, support, and abuse-prevention purposes. Browser-local saved documents remain under your control on your device.

Your choices

You can choose not to create a private link, not to export a file, clear browser storage, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your email address.
